In Our Small Group Facilitator Course, you will:

Transforming Yourself
This course is not just about transformative facilitation; throughout the course, you will have the opportunity to explore your transformation in the context of small-group facilitation.
During the course, you will:

Lead small group facilitations and have the opportunity to recognize where you may or may not be holding yourself back.

Cultivate a sense of when to and when not to engage in a facilitative intervention.

Identify which perspectives you may need to shift to best engage in small group faciliation.

Three-Day Live Online Course
Move from theory to practice with our live course facilitated by Adam Malaty-Uhr, who has studied transformative facilitation and has practiced with over 10,000 participants. Join no more than 14 other small group facilitators to experience small group facilitation with engaging and interactive practice. Have the opportunity to ask questions, discuss with your groups, and use facilitation tools to refine your practice in real-time.

Who is the Small Group Facilitator Course For?
Practicing Coach
You're a practicing coach who has been trained and follows ethical guidelines for coaching. Being certified or on your way to being certified is a plus but not a requirement.

About Adam
Adam Malaty-Uhr's mission is to help coaches and instructors scale their impact through research-proven transformative facilitation approaches. Through the work on this mission, he hopes we will live in a more caring, connected, and thriving world.
Adam has facilitated leader development for nearly 10,000 people across corporate, non-profit, and government institutions. He studied adult transformation at Harvard University, where he received his master's in Education. He is working on his doctorate at Columbia University, focusing on facilitation techniques that foster adult psychological transformation. Adam is a trained Growth Edge Coach, and certified Subject-Object Reliable Scorer.
He developed his leadership skills as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army, deploying to Afghanistan in 2008-2009 and eventually earning the rank of Lieutenant colonel. He is a graduate of U.S. Army Ranger School.
